Minnie's Ditch

The Monterey Custom House Tunnel. Filmed in VisorVision Called Minnie's ditch in the name of the Mayor at the time when it was dug. Though it's just a covered ditch or underpass, Minnie Coyle got state funding by calling it a tunnel.
